• Sessions must be scheduled by the purchaser within 6 months of purchase.

• Unused sessions after 6 months will expire and are non-refundable.

• Once a session is scheduled, cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.

• This package is non-refundable after the first session is completed.

• Reading fees for manuscripts over 1000 words will be billed additional.
